A. No. Homes under $500,000 are preferred.

A. Single Family Homes & Townhomes, built after 1999 in the suburbs & built after 1980 in the city.

Q. Will an inspection be required?

A. Yes, the offer is contingent upon an inspection within 15 days of the offer.

Q. Do I have to accept the offer?

A. Absolutely not. However, there will be a time limit on acceptance.

Q. Will I receive a higher offer if I list my home traditionally with Diamond Realty Brokers?

A. Yes. Listing your home & being patient through a traditional sale will yield you a higher offer. It will be a reflection of real market value versus an off market offer. We can provide an analysis of both scenarios to you. We typically get multiple offers within days of listing your home for the best price as well. The traditional closing time is up to 45 days if we list the home for sale.

Q. If my home is already listed with an Agent, can I work with Diamond Realty Brokers on a guaranteed offer?

A. No.

Q. Can I get an offer on a commercial property?

A. Not as a guaranteed offer. However, if your commercial property is in good marketable condition, we provide alternative wholesaling solutions.

Q. Which locations do you service for offers?

A. Metropolitan areas in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida

(If your property is more than 40 miles outside of a metropolitan area, it will likely not be considered).

Q. How does my property get paid off?

A. The closing attorney or title company that prepares the paperwork will request a final payoff statement from your lender & submit payment to your lender at closing.

Q. When do I need to move out?

A. Typically 48 hours prior to closing.
